By accessing or using the Vesonus platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of the Platform
You may use Vesonus only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or that infringes the rights of others.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Vesonus. By uploading content, you grant Vesonus a limited license to display and distribute your content as part of the platform services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.
5. Royalties and Payments
Royalty splits and payment terms are defined at the time of collaboration and release. Vesonus processes payments according to the agreed splits. Detailed payment terms are outlined in your subscription agreement.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vesonus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
