Creator & Content Guidelines

1. Purpose

These Guidelines explain what creators may and may not upload, publish, list, distribute or otherwise make available through Vesonus.

2. Creator responsibility

Creators are responsible for content they submit and must have the rights, permissions and authority necessary to use it on Vesonus.

3. Ownership

Creators retain ownership of their content. Vesonus receives only the rights needed to provide the service or rights specifically granted under a separate licence or distribution agreement.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use Vesonus to upload, publish, distribute, sell, licence or promote content that:

• infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other third-party rights;

• is fraudulent, stolen, impersonating or materially misleading;

• contains unlawful threats, harassment, exploitation or other illegal material;

• contains malware, malicious code or deceptive links;

• intentionally misstates ownership, credits, collaborators, splits, release information or metadata;

• is uploaded for spam, manipulation or abusive automation;

• is designed to evade prior enforcement or takedown action; or

• otherwise violates applicable law or the Vesonus Terms.

5. Music rights and metadata

Creators must ensure that music, samples, beats, vocals, artwork, metadata and credits are accurate and properly cleared. If a work includes collaborators or third-party material, the uploader must have authority to submit and exploit the work through the selected Vesonus service.

6. Stream manipulation and platform abuse

Artificial streaming, click fraud, fake engagement, manipulated playlists, fraudulent traffic, fabricated audience activity or similar conduct is prohibited.

Vesonus may suspend related features, withhold affected amounts, investigate, require supporting evidence, report abuse to service providers, or remove affected content.

7. Producer listings

Producers may list only productions they are authorised to licence. Listing a production with conflicting third-party rights, undisclosed samples or false exclusivity claims is prohibited.

8. Distribution uploads

Artists may submit only releases they are authorised to distribute. Simon Says may be used as a technical release-readiness gate. Simon Says does not determine artistic quality or commercial potential.

9. Creator websites and public profiles

Public creator pages must not expose private information, restricted files, confidential material or content the creator lacks rights to publish. Vesonus may remove or hide public content that becomes ineligible, withdrawn, disputed or subject to a valid rights complaint.

10. Impersonation and identity

Do not impersonate another creator, business, rights holder or public figure, or use misleading names, branding or metadata in a way likely to confuse users about identity or affiliation.

11. Fraud and payment abuse

Chargeback abuse, fake transactions, collusive licensing, payout fraud, account farming and attempts to manipulate creator balances or revenue allocations are prohibited.

12. Respectful platform use

Users must not threaten, harass, exploit or target others through Vesonus services. Legitimate artistic expression is not prohibited merely because it is controversial, but unlawful or abusive conduct may be restricted.

13. Enforcement

Depending on severity, Vesonus may warn the user, request correction, limit a feature, remove content, pause distribution or licensing, temporarily hold affected payouts, suspend an account or terminate access.

Ordinary breaches should generally receive notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure where practical. Immediate action may be taken for serious fraud, infringement, security, sanctions, illegal activity or other urgent risk.

14. Appeals and mistakes

Where practical and legally required, users should be able to contact support about enforcement decisions and provide relevant evidence. Vesonus may restore content or access where a decision was made in error.

15. Reporting content

Suspected infringement, fraud, impersonation or illegal content can be reported to support@vesonus.com. Platform-specific support may also be available at support@vesonus.app.

16. Relationship to other policies

These Guidelines operate alongside the Terms of Service, Copyright & Takedown Policy, Privacy Policy, licensing terms and distribution agreements. More specific service terms control where they conflict.

17. Changes

Vesonus may update these Guidelines as the platform, law and abuse patterns evolve. Material changes will be communicated where required.
